South-west facing. Away from sunlight during the morning until 11:00 AM, and later fully exposed. During the night it's possible to stay on the external court, feeling pleasant temperature and protected from winds.
The small bathroom is one of the last build. Kitchen have a big fireplace, and is confortable even to have lunch and dinner time .
This apartment is one of the most confortable available.
